Do you get really bored while waiting on your car when you're getting it serviced? I have found something that may help a little.
I was at one of the local Buick service centers here in Jacksonville Florida and was bored watching the TV and reading magazines. So, while I was getting my car serviced, I took out my camera and took some shots out in the yards of the dealership.
This bird was perched up on a brick wall type fence in the service lot. It was modeling for me with the expertise of a supermodel. All kinds of poses came out in this "session". You should see them in my Flickr photo stream or in the Birds Set, also on Flickr.
So, next time you're getting that oil change or some other auto service work, look for the photo opportunities instead of the free coffee and TV. You might be able to get a nice capture of some Indian Hawthorn like this.
