Is this artsy?

This has become one of my favorite photos. I took this after passing by these tracks twice. I thought to myself, what a nice scene. I am by no means a right brained kind of guy, so I don't do well with artsy photos. I can however set up a very useful editorial shot. That's what I do, mostly medical stuff. Well, here is the pic.
